The receivership and what it may represent for possibility of restructuring is something we've known about for several months. What is new is what TedJ stated as evidently the definitive amount of the judgement of $4 million. DJPele sent the itemized breakdown of the totals back in January, below, which included a scheduled hearing for a Judgment Debtor Examination, requested by QMC. I didn't see any information on the outcome of that hearing. It seems based on what TedJ recently reported that Squires was not successful in obtaining relief.

"My assumption is that the Judgement Debtor Examinations have been ordered based on QMC and Squires declaring that they don't have the funds to pay off the judgements against them. "
How to get a debtor's examination
If you need information about what the person or business who owes you money earns or owns, you can get a court order for them to come to court to answer questions (called a debtor's examination) about what they earn or own. You can use this information to try to collect the money owed to you.
