Just looked to see if PTOI filed the 10-K today. Not only that, but it looks like the last filing was from Q2 of last year. CEO Richard Heddle might have stopped filing for good. Richard absolutely knew PTOI was a scam from the start--there's no way he didn't know.
Is there anyone still in this stock holding out hope?
As I said years ago, look at the cost of scrap plastic and the cost of diesel. Pound for pound, scrap plastic on the recycling market is roughly the same price as petroleum fuel products. The math does not work out even if it were free to convert plastic to fuel. PTOI was a scam from the very beginning.
It's unfortunate that so many people were ripped off. Unfortunately, moderated investment sites are often highly biased and that means it's hard to warn people about scams. The moderators try to squelch any skepticism and that censorship puts investors who read the board at a disadvantage.
It would be great if some of the former insiders like Chris Irons, Lee Brain, John Wesson and others would come back and tell their story. I've contacted Chris, Lee and John in the past about telling their story but nobody has yet returned to tell it. If any former insiders would be willing to tell your story, I'm sure people here would greatly appreciate it.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
