Clarifying there is no more Admiralty/Maritime Law. Just sovereign Constitutional Law.
That statute would require Trump to either surrender to the South district of NY or be extradited from Florida.
Neither is not a given at this point
The other point being ...if he is in military protective custody.
He is insulated and can't be touched. He is already fingerprinted and photographed. Probally DNA tested also.
