Followed by 1 motion to dismiss for multiple reasons...at the new venue.
Which probably bring us to the DOJ taking the project up.
One Problem.
The CIC and or President doesn't fall under the civilian judicial system. The CIC and or President falls under the House and Senate and or the UCOMJ and a military court...
