There just might be some kind of mechanism in place for these RS actions where all of the trading is stopped across the board until the entire system across all brokers is updated and good to go. This would ensure a fair start up after the RS happens. All would be able to buy or sell instead of just one or two brokers . Nobody likes to see a situation where joe can buy or sell but jane can not when both were able to buy/sell EGOC just prior to the RS. It's all good..
