I struggle to come up with one bad reason why you would delay it

Let's suppose in the filing they had some good news in there that now isn't going to happen.

Pretty easy. Highlight with the little mousey and click delete. Send to auditors the redline and get ready to refile.

But if you were going to add something? Not as quick.

It may be good news, it may be bad news, it may be no news. We will see. Rather delay now then to have to refile later.
