Keep in mind Verb scheduled the meeting unusually far in advanced (2 weeks). Different pattern. I never seen that before. I took that as a sign they had all the ducks in a row and ready to go so why not schedule the call instead of a few days or week ahead

Verb also schedule it late in the evening. Different pattern than before.

Now they briefly postponed (short delay)

But watch people overact as if Verb isn't going to file ever again. OMG.

Remember usually the company has 45 days to file. End of year you get 90 which is plenty o time.

So what just happened this week that they want to include?

Acquisition?

Something about the NASDAQ listing requirements?

Partner?

Typo?

Need to include a restraining order for you know who?
