Yep. At this stage a COO is a luxury this company can't afford. Quite frankly, all of management could take a 20% paycut.
Hopefully the new BOD will do a thorough review of these compensation packages and determine if they are reasonable for a company at this stage of its Developement..
Hell, aside from salary, the CEO and COO are blowing nearly 10k a month probably by refusing to move to the area and flying in and out every week. Weekly airfare, hotel, vehicles, meals....
A review is in order.
