Pretty much status quo. Really the only interesting thing is that they say their reverse split application is still pending and that FINRA hasn't completed its review. There must have been some back and forth on the application to get all the information in. Probably why an outsourced CFO Consultant was brought in.
I do have another ticker that I own a few shares of that has had a name change pending with FINRA for a couple months. That is also a reverse merger situation.
The positive is that they're making the effort to stay current at least. We probably don't get much more information until the capitalization is settled but that's just a guess. It could all happen any day, today, tomorrow, a few weeks.
This isn't ideal but I'm keeping the alternative in mind. 8 days ago they hadn't filed the Q3 or the change of shell status and we were facing a possible stint on the Expert Market. That's been avoided.
