Evil makes a great point that Cyrus investing his own $100k appears to be a great sign. My only point was that when thinking of different outcomes, I NEVER thought of bankruptcy and now at least I recognize that it is possible, though at this juncture, not probable.

I don't think the piece was a hit piece at all, as again, it showed both sides of what could happen without bias.
