HHSE owns the rights to SOLELY distribute the 450 titles. Those titles are considered to be in HHSE's private Library and HHSE gets FULL commission on them. However, the 12,000 (possibly up to 20,000) titles belong to the 40+ studio partners that Eric has put together for MYFLIX, and HHSE splits the revenues 50/50 with said studio partners.
