I agree, who benefits from a bankruptcy? so the creditors get washed out but the investors? why would Cytodyn want to dump their shareholders? Who does Cytodyn own money to? Samsung - who holds our inventory and is only worth anything if it is actually an approved drug. Cytodyn needs Samsung to stick with us, declaring bankruptcy and not paying them would hurt way more for both.

Re-branding is a process that is on top of the core company. Bankruptcy is another animal. they could have done this long ago if that was the plan. not sure what this theory is based on but it certainly is not based on who is owed money and what they can gain or lose in a bankruptcy. everyone gains from a successful product, bankruptcy and rebranding as a new company does not make sense.
