Not entirely sure of the answer to your question..I would speculate that the FDA would be in touch with our people... before they would announce publicly...SEC rules etc. may have some play in this...because it will likely have some affect on the SP...going forward...essentially a dominoe effect if you would. BUTT, again can't be sure.
