Doc imo has 2 business
Unvc to trade the stock ,which has nothing to do with his real business, if and when he wants to put his private business into unvc he will, if ??
Thats a big IF. in the meantime he has his unvc business which could be to sell shares or just to generate cash flow by tweeting etc
BTW most otc pink sheets stock , their only business is to sell shares, nothing to do with real business
