Gensler was more then likely in bed with SBF and the FTX fiasco. He’s a loser and terrified of what crypto brings to the table. CB will destroy the SEC and that Wells in court as they’re not legislators. Nor can they make the laws regulating crypto and there are far too many politicians on both sides who have their hands deep in the cookie jar. As more banks fail, the safe haven will be gold/silver and bitcoin, imo.
