Well, let's take a second look at the cartoon.
Nope, there is nothing about that cartoon that is a lie. I can remember people saying Trump is going down, he is finished, the door is closing, he'll have to resign before his term is up, and many similar things from 2016 till now. Only a hopeless ninnyhammer could have missed it.
