If you ever see DNORWOOD on the $AMC LieHub board this person exposed themselves as being a short.
They were posting on the LieHub $ELTP board as a long, BUT have posted nothing but negative against $AMC and $APE.
Secured my $APE shares yesterday KICK. Could add another 50, which would be 5. Will think about it before I act. Am satisfied with my position for now.
A shame shareholders have to wait until late April...... but I think this suit was contrived in order to delay a potential MOASS. Hopefully the Judge dismisses this lawsuit as trivial nonsense.
Am sure $AMC lawyers are prepared to go as far as they have to in order to get this nonsense dismissed. The shareholders have spoken~!
