UNVC: Everyone is hoping for a 8k the end of next week or first part of the next week, which has to be filed with the SEC, but UNVC on 11/22/2010 filed Form Type:15-12G TO GO DARK.
Which unless he has filed to become current with SEC don't be looking for an 8k.
I'm not saying it want happen but with Doc's past history I sure wouldn't bet the farm on it.
SEC Form 15-12G is the certification and notice of termination of registration of a class of securities under Section 12(g)of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Form is also used to provide notice of suspension of duty to file reports under sections 13 and 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act.
