TDA put this kind of  SH*T  limit again after I suggested Pizza Boss on Mar .13th to lock his 22 M shares( ( he bought through TD Waterhouse Canada)  , and TDA couldn't borrow this 22M shares like before form TD Waterhouse, so they put DTC limit on this one, JMHO. though.....
