Greetings HHSE Friends - although the 12-31-2022 annual report (published earlier today to the OTC Markets) may not look dissimilar to prior quarterly filings, the difference is in the details as minor applications of royalties to producer balances, payables to reconciled sums, and adjustments to shareholder retained earnings / assets / equity, took a tremendous amount of clerical time to complete. But the good news is that we are now in compliance with suggested adjustments - and this will expedite our Form 10 registration.
