Example of NO 8-K back in June 2022.
Sadly, shareholders had to wait 5-6 months until Nov 14, 2022 to find out in the 2022 Q3 10-Q. So transparent? Just like what just went on with Medrecycler no longer a subsidiary as of December 31, 2022 and shareholders won't find out until May 15, 2023. Why is that? Thought the company was awesome with updating shareholders?
Thankfully, there are a few doing due diligence, for the others, to try and keep the company honest.
