EGOC shell status has been changed due to amendment in filing. Looks like we are not going to get to that expert tier like some were saying. PB has a subsidiary that had a small amount of income that "inadvertently" did not get reported on the March filings. Life is good. Now we wait and see the real goods come out in the near future concerning the new EGOC! Stay tuned folks . Like I said it's going to get fun around here in EGOC ville. JMO
