Far cry from co-signing for a 50 mil loan?
This was a freakin tweet...not an 8-K??
Someone takes a corporate tweet and turns it into a fortune 500 subsidiary "co-signing" for 50 mil loan with an insolvent company that has yet to generate $1 of revenue from a single foxess product. To make matters worse, zero shipments of foxess products for almost 10 months.
Maybe Tsingshan shareholders would be happy just having a FoxEss partner prove it can "SELL" products in the USA versus tweets with foxess products not available on the shelves to buy in an online store flooded with another company's meaningless lighting products.
slow & steady ain't working my friend. never has and time is running out. no more foxess' timeline.
