They recently (2021) acquired Acceleron Pharma for US $11.5 Billion...and two months ago (01/10/2023) sewed up Imago Biosciences for US $1.5 Billion.
Merck's Mkt Cap is US $269.61 Billion...and at the current rate will be No. 4 in the world.
