The person who knows something in all this is Cyrus. His purchase of 100K is evidence in his convictions that we are in launch mode. We may never know the timing of this, but it may be the purchase was when the FDA asked for a 6th correction, with Cyrus being confident that it is minor and the FDA will move forward after the review.
