hey Quake...how many times have we been down the road of "identified funding", "bank letter of credit", "LOIs" and "debt financing" promos for projects to nowhere. But, now we got the first infamous insurance wrap promotion.
9 months since June 6, 2022 tweet announcing "working on final piece of financing". 4 months since the infamous insurance wrap investment grade to support spp for a cool 50 mil. Not as bad as Durango, Mexico project closing, with funding in place, only 26 months old and waiting.
yes, very cozy relationships between a few paid pumpers on the other side of the tracks. anyone think the curtain will be drawn soon?
