UNVC: Dalton says last piece needed is competed What is the difference between COMPLETED and FINISHED ??? No dictionary has been able to define the difference between them.
We'll we all have to assume everything is finished by this statement, but no type filings to get current with SEC, NO PR telling "shareholders" what is happening and he sure as heck does not have to wait till after filings to do so. Could it be just what he's done for 21 years give shareholders false hope then let it fall to the side after 2-3 months and come up with some elaborate excuse or say nothing and then start on something else he's waiting on the tooth fairy to bring it i guess.
It's hard to deny past history.
