Teredo Crusty I like trinkets worth $20K. That appears to be close to the value of that 1836 P Classic Head Half Eagle. It’s the finest example of that mintage from the Pulaski, not the finest example known, as the link below claimed.

I think someone was trying to hype the coin to sell, much like some hype stocks they want to dump that are sub penny and suggest they’ll soon be worth $1.
