Was at the Oyster Bar and Grill at Cape Harbour, Cape Coral last week and they are shucking these things right in front of us at the bar. Very nice place. I'm like yeah no I'm not eating that. Me huge fisherman, always catch cook them like a pro. But what is the big thing about eating Oysters raw? Yucky I can't.
Love steamed clams, but raw stuff? Nah.
