The stock looks to be in deep trouble?
I would focus more on what is relevant to the company versus some former subsidiary the ceo assigned 100% of the membership to himself. Nobody cares about Medrecycler other than understanding how the ceo ended up with 100% and shareholders 0%.
The Medrecycler topic is moot and only a deflection from no building and no loan after 120 days.
