Tidelands Bank is located in a very nice part of South Carolina. Even though they arn't profitable yet, they are moving in the right direction. If the FDIC can refrain from slamming their doors shut, I think this bank will do nicely in the coming months. I don't believe they will hit 10.00 a share they were back in 2008 any time soon but I do believe that 5.00  to 6.00 is possible in maybe as little as two years. As of this post they are at .32 per share.
