Dalton only files when he is forced to. OTCBB Gray market deadline forced him to go current. He was forced to register his shares for sale with Form 144.
The fact that he didnt file for the Billion shares proves he won't file for these sales either.
As for the small size of the sales, remember Dalton is constained by affiliate sales limitations to how much he can sell. 1% of average weekly volume for 4 weeks.
