Apparently IFlub made Pbag moderator.  All one needs to do is sign up (click on add me as moderator), and then when the next opening comes up the next in line is added.  It makes sense in a way.  He is on the board all the time, and one does not need to own stock or even support the company to be a moderator on IFlub.
