An update which was submitted on 2/15/23 was posted today on Clinical Trials for “Safety and Tolerability of Pro 140 in HIV Uninfected Male Volunteers”. There were 5 groups of 4 participants each in the trial. One group received an IV placebo and 4 groups received IV doses of Pro 140 in amounts ranging from 0.1 mg/kg to 5.0 mg/kg. There was only 1 SAE (myocardial infarction) and it was in the lowest dose group. This study has been around since 2005 and it is a Phase 1 study, so this is probably just a record update.
