Last attorney letter was posted 3/30/22. So by the end of the month we should get the annual report plus attorney letter. Pink current.
Not out of the woods as they need to get the shell badge removed. But Jesus, if ever an OTC shell had an easier path to that, I don't know of one. February 2023 was a huge month for Pangbo. They have plenty of assets. If they want EGOC to stop being a shell, they can do it at any time.
