SFRX didn't lose $23M, it's invested by shareholders who will be richly rewarded for their investments because they still hold shares.
I know you are frustrated that shareholders of EXPL got hosed when the price dropped to .0001 and trading ceased.

By the word 'affiliate' do you mean someone who works for the company like you do for EXPL? Or is that just a term you like to apply to anyone who says positive things about SFRX?

I don't print shares of stock, I'm just a shareholder in the company. Shares of stock are purchased by investors who are confident in the company. People that do actual due diligence from within the company.
Maybe you should listen to what an actual shareholder of the company says regarding the share price and dilution if that is not just something you are pretending to be concerned about:
