the problem for us lay people is : the time it takes to prove the fraud occurred is short, its relatively black and white, so why should arbitration take 2 years? the answer: it just does. what could they be possibly lobbing back and forth to each other that takes so long? i have no idea.
well thats typical bureaucratic red tape BS, and a fact that amarex is well aware of in the first place. no accident that this is taking so long, its part of the plan that kazempour and whoever else formed from the getgo. the delay is going just as planned, leronlimab is cockblocked form the market for years on end, job well done. kazempour will suffer minimal punishment, amarex will still be in business. and the financial cost may actually be zero. depending on the judge. being right doesnt always mean you win.
