Just some FYI facts to help keep people calm:
"On 3 August 2021, the International Chamber of Commerce (the ICC) published its annual Dispute Resolution Statistics (arbitration) for 2020. The average duration of proceedings in cases that reached a final award in 2020 was 26 months, with the median duration being 22 months."
I really do not believe that Amarex is "dragging their feet" as other have proposed, as an arbitrator can compel a party to produce their evidence by a certain date. It's not like Amarex has to go digging for new facts. Things are what they are.
Again, please understand that when tens of millions of dollars are at stake, decisions take A LOT of time as they are complicated on many levels, no matter how "open and shut" a shareholder or anyone else thinks it should be.
