Emmitt (who has me on ignore): I have said many times that arbitrations can take days to weeks to YEARS to come to completion. This is NOT about billable hours because the attorneys are not really involved at this point most likely.
Arbitrators must review ALL of the information they are given and I am sure it was hundreds if not thousands of pages. PLUS, arbitrators may have a dozen arbitrations that they are involved in at the same time, so these things take TIME.
To keep complaining about the weeks that have gone by could be giving shorts more ammunition to say that this will not go CYDY's way, which is most likely not going to be the case. That being said, we could hear in a day or in 12 months. You need to manage your expectations and understand the process.
