Here is my 2cents on all this!
Doc only held 1.3bill shares for controlling interest till mergers/BOD appointments and filings are completed !
He does not need that many and will be rich enough i think as he told me back 4yrs ago he is gonna do a DIVI and could use some of his shares for that purpose!
Here is what he told me below now did it change could have but I doubt it so I say TIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICK TOOOOOOOOOCK!
