I think the Market.live website is good however, I think there needs to be improvement. We all go to it knowing what we’re looking for. I gave several gift certificates over last Christmas and a couple of my family members didn’t really know what they were looking for. When you get on, not knowing it is a livestream shopping site it is not obvious that you should watch some really cool, live streams and make purchases. They found themselves going to the stores and look at products, but that seemed limited. I had to help them find something they thought was cool. it would be a simple restructuring of some of the website with someone who is really good at creating for a naïve and new eye. First impressions matter big time in retail. If you can’t show somebody what they want in the most efficient way that is a problem. If people come into a live stream, it is great and I think everything is easy and the whole idea of frictionless lifestream shopping is better than any other venue. however the static website needs some of that same frictionless help.
