A U.S. court victim form was mailed to me that I received today regarding another security. Interesting to me it said the government had already determined my loss amount based on obtained evidence and will be ordering that amount to be paid in restitution while the defendant has already been found guilty. I suspect one day in the future something like that could happen here. Maybe, probably, definitely? Confidential lol not.
