The company needs make up pre-orders to get a loan. No orders...No loan. It's that simple. Company is full of sh&t with LOI pre-orders tweets.
They did they same fake sh%t with Medrecycler haulers and resales for that Hcl never produced.
No loan and class action lawsuit is not far in the distance.
