One of the things I noticed is that it appears the company is struggling to raise the capital under the offering. Before the offering started, shares o/s were 1.069 billion, as of 3/3 the o/s was 1.185 billion. And I know Zerify took on a convert of two last year. This tells me that even though the offering price is $.0046, few people are interested in gambling on this ticker.

I am actually happy they are struggling to raise capital, time for the amigos to actually make sales if they want to get paid.
