B T D T ! It’s ok until the Volcano Blows! The Hurricane makes me mighty sad. After a few months you realize you Live on an Island. I lived in MoBay 50 years ago for a while. Maybe now I’m closer to 80 it’d be ok.
Island living isn’t for everyone. I would suggest RENTING first.
