I never claimed anything. I simply applied Kyle’s logic to a value.
You seem to be at odds with Kyle.
Unlike SFRX, EXPL isn’t required to file and has no interest in filing.
SFRX must file in order to keep the lights on so they can dilute.
If the don’t file they must go DEFUNCT.
SFRX has legal rights to one wreck Roger Smith dates at 1554. If only a wreck with valuable cargo sank at Juno that year…..or any year for that matter.
EXPL has legal rights to several known wrecks that had valuable wrecks and operations continue without alerting the public, as there is no need to.
