Maybe you missed an earlier post of mine.  In it I said I was not the sharpest knife in the drawer. I wouldn't know the questions to ask or understand the answers I get.  I know AS stands for authorized shares which is the total shares authorized to be in the share structure. From there, it gets a little fuzzy.  OS stands for outstanding shares which, I believe, stands for the toal shares that are available for trading-the float-plus ,I think, restricted shares.  So when restricted shares  fulfill the time limit and come off restriction, does that change anything?  Teach me, Wer, teach me.
