Re: Evil Rabbit #133178
This company has been through a lot over the past few years so constructive criticism , IMO, has been fair, but only when its been constructive ..wev'e had the good, bad, and ugly..unfortunately, the unbridled optimism needs to be tempered periodically because i think that may have ultimately deflated some longs who dont understand the true timing of events (always longer than expected...its biotech) and how long things take when dealing with the FDA and a regulated environment.
my view is more positive than negative. we will know if we have the right president if he gets promoted. it appears that trigger is the removal of the safety hold. the executives view was things would start happening in early 2023 so hoping that is the timing we hear something.
on Amarex i believe its a 60/40 chance we win. i am cautiously optimistic but not as optimistic as most in this case . my concern here is if the Amarex lawyer position may be a shared culpability because of potential collusion between the exec at Amarex and NP to defraud shareholders on the BLA filing. but im not a lawyer and legal minds know this stuff better than i do
we know the drug works ! its path to approval is a windy road as it is for most small biotechs but i do believe we will get there as well as we will get the funding for the trials for NASH and others.
the financials are always a wild card but management seems to be very confdent about this area so im nueutral on our financial position at the moment.
so , all in all, i lean fairly positive
