This is a good discussion. How are you so sure about "one of the principals of the JV" paying? AHS came on to bring sales and marketing and help fund growth, R&D, and operations, not to fund legal expenses and settlements (at least that was has not been stated publicly). I thought the SS changes were to pay for settlement because the numbers seem to add up. For example 138M unloaded at avg PPS of ~0.008 is 1.1M. In this case the Jan SS change covers the whole settlement. Lower the avg PPS for unloading and it explains the second change in Feb. If not the Feb change was for something else. I could be totally wrong so if so set me straight! TIA
