Dr. Dalton serves on the Advisory Board of IR-Med, an influential biotech company that develops non-invasive, real-time detection devices that utilize Infrared Light Spectroscopy (IR) and AI for use by healthcare professionals. He is also the President and CEO of Univec Inc. (UNVC) a historic black owned public company which manufactures and distributes specialty pharmaceuticals to hospitals, physicians, pharmacies and clinics nationwide. He founded the National Minority Health Association (NMHA) in 1988 with the goal of helping to close the disparity gap in minority health and care.
